1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 19myr ("Platform", "we") and you as the user ("Member", "you") who registers and uses the services available on the 19myr website.

1.2 By completing the account registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Bonus Terms which form part of this Agreement.

1.3 19myr operates under an international licence. This service is intended solely for players aged 21 and above who are located in areas where participation in online betting activities is not prohibited by local law.

2.1 To register an account at 19myr, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, mobile phone number, valid email address and any other information required during the registration process.

2.2 Each individual is only permitted to register one account. Attempting to register multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers or payment details is a serious violation of these Terms.

2.3 You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. 19myr reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account until verification is received. If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and the balance returned subject to review.

2.4 Registration of an account by an individual acting on behalf of another person or using another person's personal information is strictly prohibited. 19myr reserves the right to request identity verification via identity card (MyKad) or equivalent official document at any time.

3.1 19myr provides the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10, regardless of the payment method chosen. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.

3.3 Withdrawals are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours from the time the request is approved. This timeframe is subject to required verification and current system conditions. 19myr is not liable for any delays caused by third parties including banks or e-wallet operators.

3.4 All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used during deposit, except in specific circumstances that require an alternative method with the agreement of both parties.

4.1 19myr offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before the bonus funds and related winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Other promotional bonuses offered from time to time — including cashback, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses and seasonal offers — each have their own specific terms that will be stated at the time the relevant offer is made.

4.3 Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the specified wagering requirements. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers through unauthorised methods or low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements may be subject to suspension.

4.4 19myr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Such changes will be communicated to Members through the appropriate channels.

5.1 Users are required to use the 19myr platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The use of automated software, bots or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in any game is prohibited.

5.2 Any attempt to hack, damage or interfere with the functions of the platform, servers or networks associated with 19myr is a serious violation that may result in legal action.

5.3 Users are not permitted to use this platform for any activity related to money laundering or illegal financing. 19myr complies with applicable anti-money laundering laws.

• Registering multiple accounts to manipulate bonuses is prohibited.

6.1 19myr offers a VIP programme with three membership tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers different weekly cashback benefits based on your betting activity.

6.2 Bronze Members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver Members up to 0.7%, and Gold Members up to 1.0% of their total qualifying wagers within a week.

6.3 Progression between VIP levels is determined based on betting activity and continued engagement on the platform. 19myr reserves the right to review and adjust a Member's VIP level based on their recent activity.

7.1 19myr services are provided "as is". The platform makes no guarantees regarding the continuity, accuracy or suitability of the service for any particular purpose. Technical disruptions caused by third parties are beyond our control.

7.2 Under no circumstances shall 19myr's liability to a Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform exceed the amount of that Member's current account balance at the time the claim is made.

8.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period and any eligible balance will be returned to you.
